Capturing Memories

This is a wonderful opportunity to get you, your family, and your friends together for a relaxed portrait session.  There is NO sitting fee.  Portrait Parties can be hosted in your home (if that's where you choose) or at an outdoor location. You as the host invite 4-15 friends and family to your event.  It is a low stress opportunity to have beautiful portraits done of youself or your immediate family and friends in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.   There is NO OBLIGATION for you or your guests to purchase any photos.  The Portrait Party is organized by the host and the host provides or selects the location and sends out the invitations.   The host provides Capturing Memories with the guest list as well as a schedule for each family/person.  The families/people will be given 15 minutes of photography time.  During that time I will take a minimum of 8 photos with no maximum amount.  You will then be able to view your unedited proofs for two weeks on line in the comfort of your own home.   Upon tallying up your guests totals, you as the host will receive a 10% credit towards your own purchase of  photos.  You can "theme" your Portrait Party, or let your guests choose how they prefer to be photographed. You as the host could provide light refreshments and or some snacks.  Nothing greasy or gooey with children around, we want them to stay clean for their photos.

Don't let your Senior High School photo become the run of the mill cookie cutter photo.  I will capture your photos in a location of your choice.  Bring two changes of clothing, and any props you may like.  For example, If you play the guitar, bring that along.  If you LOVE your new car, I will take some photos of you using that as your prop.  If you need any suggestions, please feel free to contact me.

Formal or informal.  At an outdoor location, or in the comfort of your own home. I can provide a "green screen" and we can place you in a choice of background.  Can also be used as a family portrait for your holiday card by inserting the appropriate background.

I will come to your home and photograph you and your family prior to your gathering, then it's off to your party.  There I will capture all those precious moments, from greeting your guests, to cutting your cake.

I will photograph the newly engaged couple as they share their joy in preparing for their wedding.  I can come to your home or to an outdoor location of your choice.  

$45.00 session fee due at time of booking for up to one hour of photography.

I will capture the "mom to be" waiting for the birth of her child.  This is not just for expectant mothers, but fathers are also waiting for their new little one to enter the world.  The best time to photograph the expectant mother is around 7 months.  It can be earlier or later if you so choose.  Capture the anticipation with your own private photo session in your home or a location of your choice.

I will also capture your newest  little addtion to your family in "Newborn Photography".  The best time to get that "newborn" photo is the first month of  life.  You can use these precious photos to announce to your family and friends the arrival of your newest addition.  They will be thrilled to get their first glimpse of your baby in your birth  announcement cards.

I will capture all the memories of your special day beginning with your hair and makeup appointment if you choose.  You entire day of joy will be covered from the moment you step into your dress, your ceremony, your family portraits, informal portraits, cake cutting, bouquet throwing, garter toss, the party.  Please contact me to set up an appointment to discuss your wedding.

Prices start at $600.00 for up to  6 hours of photography & post production editing.

300.00 deposit due at time of booking.

There will be no "hard copy'" proof, only viewing on line.  The days of paper proofs have gone the way of old film cameras.  Please know that you must have access to the internet to view your photos.

Non-refundable deposit if client cancels session.   You can  reschedule your booking within one month of original booking to avoid forfeit of booking/deposit fee.
